Comps for Meet Me Card

Comps for a meet and greet card I want to start handing out to professionals in the field. I'd like it os be somewhat clear that I am an illustrator and partly a designer. I'm thinking about some other stuff but some of the versions have a front and a back.

Some different business card ideas

Since you all were so helpful last time, what do you think? Is there a version you like more than another one? These would be printed letterpress on crane cover stock - so a nice heavy cottony paper, that shows a bit of impression. I think I might like # 2 because it gives focus to the type/info which is of course most important.

Grey and Black or just Black?

Trying to decide. I think this is the final mock up for Blackout. The egg will be gold leafed in.

This is for the blackout themed print portfolio. Input or direction would be welcome. It will be printed letterpress so there are some limitations (i.e gradients aren't likely and not more than three colors other than black- mostly because more than three would take an eternity)

So this a preview of the current work I have up for mid program review. Come Friday I have to present it, so here's to hoping I pass my review!

Changes

Ok, anyone who actually looks at my blog. I've finally overhauled my website - it's cleaner, faster, and it has detail images so no more squinting to see the work.

Also, I have a work "Foxtrot" that will be in Tarnish and Gold's upcoming exhibition. Stay tuned for details.
